If what you mean is how to do it without having to upload the picture to that specific page, you can upload your picture as a picture post and do a tagged page (tutorial here), or you can upload your pictures to a site like photobucket.com and copy/paste the url to your “my face” page. I think you meant the first one, but I gave you a second option just in case.

Unfortunately additional (tagged) pages don’t always work in the same way as the main blog simply because it’s part of the theme, so the only thing I can recommend you is to try to tweak the css of the theme (make sure you save a copy of the original if you mess it up by accident), or try another theme. Sorry I can’t help you any further :(

There is no further step you need to make for this. You simply put your tags as you always do and they will show up in the bottom of your posts in the flower tag just like in the main blog.
